Online Ordering Process

To order any of our educational and healthcare resources all you need to do is:

1. Click on ‘add to cart’ button for the resource you wish to order. If you require more than one copy of any item, click the drop down box next to Quantity and select the number of copies you would like to order, then simply select ‘add to cart’.

2. Should you require a variety of items, simply click on continue shopping on the pop up page or in the top right hand corner when viewing your shopping cart.

3. You may delete any items in your shopping cart before paying by clicking ‘x Delete items’

4. When you have finished selecting the items you wish to order, please continue on to the checkout. You have the option to checkout with our secure website or PayPal.

  • If PayPal is selected as the payment method, you will be directed to a different page to login to your PayPal account to process payment.

  • If our secure website is selected, click on the red ‘checkout’ button where you will be required to login to your account.

5. If you are a returning customer, please fill in your username and password and click ‘Submit’. If you are a new customer, please select the ‘Click here’ link below ‘New Customer’ to register.

6. Once successfully logged in/registered, you will not be required to select a shipping method.

  • All orders in Australia will be shipped by a registered courier company (trackable and signature obtained upon delivery).

  • All international orders will be shipped by TNT  (trackable and signature obtained upon delivery).

7. If you are an Educational Institution or Government Agency you may order on account with or without an official purchase order. On the Shipping & Payment page of the checkout, please select the payment option ‘Purchase Order’.

8. If you want to pay online by credit card through our secure online payment system, select the payment option ‘Credit Card’ on the Shipping & Payment page of the checkout. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Diners.

9. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal by selecting the PayPal payment option on the shipping and payment page of the checkout.

10. All personal purchases and eBook orders are required to be paid for via Credit Card, Cheque or Direct Deposit prior to dispatch.

11. Once you have selected your payment method, you will be able to review your order and delivery details. If you have any specific delivery instructions etc. please add this information in the ‘Customer Notes’ section on the order review page.

12. To finalise your order, you are required to select the box to agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement. Once selected, click ‘Submit Order’.

13. Once your order has been submitted, an order notification will be sent to the provided email address.
