Children – Engage Children through Play
Children learn best through play, and we’ve kept this in mind while designing these original activities, worksheets, stories, and games. Print them out for use in the home or classroom or use them in a counselling session.

In most cases you’ll want to do the activities with the children you are trying to help, using these tools as a launch pad to engage children and motivate them towards developing new emotional, social, and behavioural skills. However, you can also send the activities home with the children for use with their parents.

Some of the tools available for children are:

- Certificates
- Worksheets
- Mazes
- Puzzles
- Colouring sheets
- Stories

Teens - Stimulate Teens to Reflect and Talk

Teens have a special way of communicating and learning about themselves so we’ve made sure that all our tools are appealing and engaging to this age group. While you might think that teens are resistant to “assignments,” when teens are in a therapeutic relationship they will want to work on their problems, and will typically see these tools as a means to that end.

Some of the tools include:

- Self Help Worksheets
- Fact Sheets
- Journal Writing
- Stories
- Scripts
- Mini posters
- Checklists

Adults - Keep Clients Engaged in Growth Every Day
Almost all adults will benefit from working on their problems in real life situations…and these tools can help your clients generalise what they’ve learned from their time in your office. We have created many different types of tools to help clients keep data on their behaviour, to help clients reflect on their thoughts and moods, to help clients communicate more effectively with others, and much more.

Tools for adults include:

- Self-Assessments
- CBT Forms
- Communications Worksheets
- Data Collection
- Fact Sheets
- Art Therapy
- Journaling

Client Progress Accelerator

There is also a new feature on our Client Progress Accelerator. We’ve added a Pre-Therapy Telehealth Questionnaire which we designed to help you set an agenda with clients for your telehealth sessions.

Create a client or click on a client already on your dashboard, and you will see a tab for the Telehealth Questionnaire on your left. From there you can send the questionnaire to the client, just like you would send a Problem Checklist or a Feedback Form.

When your client completes the questionnaire, you will get it back on the same page where the form was sent, along with a self-efficacy score. The self-efficacy score is an indicator of your client’s sense of personal power - their belief that they can solve their personal problems and execute a course of purposeful action. This score should be an indicator of how clients will respond to assignments as well as directive therapeutic suggestions. Studies have suggested that self-efficacy is an important predictor of positive therapy outcomes as well as a mediator of treatment effects.
