While playing the game participants walk the world, learn about ways we can save “Slush” the Polar Bear and his friends, before time runs out. Participants simply choose which one of the earth’s elements they want to be, answer a question, and collect polar bears as they travel the board, keeping clear of the black carbon footprints and avoiding being frazzled by the lightning!!! Being cross-curricular in design means this game can be utilised in Environmental Education, Literacy, Maths, Science, The Humanities and Geography while encouraging speaking and listening skills. Playing this game: Promotes awareness of our Planets environment, the amazing creatures and plants we share it with and the effects human actions have upon it. Raises awareness of the continued use of fossil fuels and how or what impact they will have on us all when they are exhausted.
