The Brainary Book Bonanza!

The contest is free and open to Australian residents over 18 years old who visit The Brainary website and fill out an entry form with their name, email and phone number. They also agree to go on our newsletter mailing list but are free to unsubscribe at any time. One entry per person for the 12 months. The prize is a book pack consisting of three books. One pack will be given away each month for 12 months, excluding January. Prizes are subject to stock availability. At the end of each month entrant’s names will be printed and placed in a bowl and drawn at random by one of our staff. Winners are ineligible to enter again for 12 months after winning. The previous month’s entries will remain in the pool for the following month’s draw. The winner’s name will be published on our website.
Competition start and end dates
Contest opens on the first of each month at 8am and closes at 12am at the end of each month. The winner will be drawn on the first business day of the following month at 10am. This contest will run for 12 months (excluding January) from the starting date. Starting May 1st 2019 until April 30th 2020.
Currently there are 10 book packs for the winner to choose the prize from and more packs may be added over time. These packs are listed above and subject to stock availability.
How the winner will be determined
One of our staff will randomly select a name from the contest entries that have been printed and placed in a bowl.
How the winner can claim their prize
The winner will be announced on our competition webpage and contacted via email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner has three months to inform The Brainary which pack they would like as their prize. The Brainary will then organise the pack to be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address. If the winner fails to claim their prize within 3 months, they forfeit the prize.
The Brainary is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information it collects and receives. We are required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) (Amended by the Privacy Amendment- Private Sector- ACT 2000)
