What payment methods do you have?
We accept American Express, DISCOVER, MasterCard, PayPal, VISA, VISA Checkout. For plan managed NDIS or Purchase Orders, payments are not required upfront and you will hear from us within 24 hours of your order being submitted.
I’ve placed an order…now what??
You should expect to hear from us within 24 hours with a tax invoice for your order and information on when your order is likely to be dispatched.

My order status says ‘awaiting fulfilment’- what does this mean?
This means that we are working hard to pick and pack your order. Sometimes it may be necessary to order in resources from our overseas providers. Rest assured we work hard behind the scenes to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes you will! As soon as your order is on its way to you, we will email you the tracking information so you can track the progress of your order.
