During the lockdown, the Brainary’s tech team has been busy working on creative STEM projects with the EZ-Robot platform. The latest project has been the installation of pressure sensors onto a JD robot’s hands. The pressure sensors have been connected to a custom made housing that is home to an Arduino computer. The Arduino and EZ-B controller (JD’s brain) connect together to give JD a computing power boost.
The data collected from the sensors is sent and displayed in ARC, the EZ-Robot programming software. The EZ-Robot platform is an exceptionally flexible platform and now supports Python, JavaScript and Blockly.
If you’re interested in creating your own custom EZ-Robot project, please feel welcome to contact our tech team. They love a challenge!
