The scriptwriters developed the story lines in consultation with child psychiatrist Nicole Nadeau.
The Caillou – Playtime Series includes:
– Caillou: Learns to Swim – Caillou’s a bit afraid of the big pool and would prefer to stay in the wading pool. But as Daddy teaches him to swim, his confidence grows. Caillou soon has lots of fun in the big pool, too. A fun Search and Count around the pool poster included inside.
– Caillou: The Firefighter – The Fire Chief visits the day care. Everyone learns about fire safety, and they even have a fire drill. Caillou and Leo get to sit in the fire truck and pull the siren. Now both boys have exciting dreams of growing up to be the best firefighting team. A fun city map for toy cars included inside.
– Caillou: Watches Rosie – Mummy has a headache and needs to rest, so Caillou must look after his little sister. But Rosie begins crying and wakes Mummy up! It’s not always easy being the big brother. The Good Habits Calendar included inside encourages children to develop good habits.
