Lifesteps: Taking Charge DVD – builds the emotional skills of responsibility as students integrate the fundamentals of self-control: taking charge of their emotions, coping with stress, avoiding impulsive behaviour, developing self-discipline, and managing anger.

PEP Talks for Coping with Stress – contains 55 cards with inspirational quotes and psychological techniques as well as action tasks. Just pick a card and you or your clients will take another step forward toward a deep sense of emotional control and well-being.
