Frequently Asked Questions

What to Expect?

Expect the unexpected! Whilst we can assure you that the title you receive will have been well considered before being chosen as the selected book of the month, we would like this to remain a surprise for our subscribers. Who doesn’t love a good surprise parcel in the mail? We also hope some of the resources we send to you might perhaps not be something you would have otherwise considered reading but ends up being an invaluable resource for your professional learning.

As part of the subscription, we add additional value to the resource in the form of accompanying digital materials to complement the title.

How does the subscription service work?

Our book experts will hand-pick valuable books suited to the chosen areas of interest. The subscriptions for the month will be processed on the first Monday of each month, the payment information provided at the beginning of your subscription will be charged, and your book will be dispatched within the next 5-10 business days.

Will I know what book is being sent, or have the option to return it?

At this stage, we hope any unloved or previously read books can be gifted to somebody you know who might find value in it. To avoid this being the case, we ensure we select titles that are newly published or otherwise hard to source locally. That being said, we want to ensure you are happy with the titles you receive, so should there be any questions or concerns about your subscription, please contact us at info@thebrainary.com

How to I change, pause or cancel my subscription?

Simply email us at info@thebrainary.com with your new preferences and our friendly team will be happy to make the adjustments.
